I lived in one of the three buildings of Archstone Westside for over 4.5 years, and I realized that I should have moved out much earlier. In the last one year of my living there was a nightmare because the manager was unable to fix/improve noise issues due to a noisy neighbor including their frequent dog barking. Also, there were a number of car thefts in the garage. While I was out of town for about two months, somebody took off my license plate and dumped it on the ground with unkonwn purpose. I think that these problems are due to the management stsffs lack of ability to handle/solve the issues, or the management company itself has altered its policy, i.e., POOR MANAGEMENT and STAFFS. Anyway, I will never want to live in Archstones any more in the future because it's just wasting my money since the rent is high and does not matches their service.
