I have lived at this property for four months now. I firmly believe that you get what you pay for. Yes, you can find cheaper rent...in apartments built in 1970, with no insulation, no service, and employess that are never there.

I am really happy with my apartment. Its new, its a luxury apartment, and its worth paying a few dollars more.
