I would say.. the rent is really expensive.. especially in a sawtelle area.. had it been in wilshire or other elite area, the rent might be ok.. other than that, the wall is thin, u can hear someone else's bathroom, u can hear people talking on the hallway.. the parking management is the worst. my car was once held therebecause they say in their computer theres no registration of that car. meanwhile, i had paid 35 bucks for that parking spot!! and yes, they did not tell u, we're gonna have to pay for water trash service, until i got billed n i got confused. if u have a lot of money, this is a good place to stay, but if u dont, look elsewhere
