It looks nice but not worth the money. Don't get fooled by the people in the leasing office. The ASSistant manager is not very friendly and the other leasing girl is very fake and not too bright; none of them are there for you when you need them. Their job is basically to get you to sign the ridiculous rent application. It's not in a nice neighborhood yet they charge $2000 for 1 bedroom. There are eviction notes on many doors, makes you wonder what is going on. The complex looks nice but honestly, you could probably find something a lot better.
Maintenance staff are very timely and cool.
