1. Multiple burglaries with no notice from mgmt
2. Pet waste not picked up in hallways and elevators
3. Garage gates perpetually broken
4. Inept manager
5. Rent increases 30% or more each year
6. Repairs slow (don't count on your w/d being fixed anytime soon)
