Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
I signed a 1 year lease and thought I would go to month to month...except a small clause in my agreement has my rent been raised by $700 per month..or if I sign another 1 year lease the rent still goes up $300...the gate has been broken, the walking closets ARN"T walkin....there are only two little draws in the kitchen and it's really noisy to live there, not only that the colllege kids have parties all night....
