Terrible Management

This apartment is just horrible. The manager stays rarely in his apartment. The building is never cleaned.. very dirty.. It takes long long time for the management to fix ANYTHING! In fact, one of the two elevators in this apartment building has been broken for almost 2 months and no sign of repair. The other elevator does not function fully.. stops every floor or get stuck.. This is the worst kind of apartment management I have ever seen... Don't make the mistake I made...
