I lived here for 2 years, and that was a bit too long! This is a great place, very clean, quiet, easy parking (if you pay $50 a month for it). Every apartment is a studio (they call them a "Jr. One Bedroom" because there is a set up into the bedroom area). The little gas fireplace is kind of a joke (the flame it offers is meger), but still I liked it. The major problem with this place (besides the exorbinate cost of living there) is that there really is no light that gets into these apartments. Your only window is the sliding glass door in the dinning area, and that makes for a depressing place to live at times...far too dark. This is a good short-term option, but don't plan on staying too long.

I agree a 100 percent. I've lived here for 1 1/2 now and that's too long. There are plenty o apartments out there which offer more ammenities for less the cost.

I lived at Studio Arnaz for about 3.5 years and it has fine at first, then the building underwent management changes about 8 times and went down hill. It's currently under FPI management whom are absolutely horrible. The building is always dirty, no one returns phone calls, smells like an old vegas hotel, and extremely noisy. You don't want to live there.
