This building straight up sucks. There are crack-heads living in the hallway and on the first and second floors. They deal drugs from there window and some of them are prostitutes. The management doesn't care and lets them carry on about their business.

There is some low income people here too that are quite unsavory (some of them are really nice too)

Nothing will ever work and stuff will break constantly and no one will fix it. The crack heads will more than likely start harassing you if you aren't a part of their drug ring. There are felons and sex offenders in the building and no screens on the windows...no heat most of the time.

There is some cool good people in the building but for all the hassles you have to put up with; it's not worth the trouble. OH yeah, and a crappy studio apartment is ---- in MAC-Crack Park...(McArthur Park)...overpriced crappy studios where there is no parking, security or heat...what a steal...
