This building used to be good, a few years ago. As of this month of April 2009, residents are moving out in droves. The new management is plain psycho, a lawsuit is on the way. I guess their main office may or may not be aware of the abuse currently going on in this building. The new manager, an ------- american woman, tall. Stay away from that one, she's pure psycho and will serve you notices for the slightest reason. Long time residents already left recently and more are on the way out. Cockroaches in the basement parking area and in the hallways, maintenance takes for ever to be done when requested, mold in the apartments. All disregarded. LA housing department will be on their case pretty soon. You've been warned.

This is totally true. The management sucks and accuses people of oweing money when they don't...they give outrageous rent increases (like 200 dollars). Charge some people one thousand for a studio and others seven hundred. They have no logical reasoning behind anything they do and yes; they will try to kick you out for no reason. And LAHD has numerous complaints about them. They still have crack heads living here who root around in the dumpsters and garbage and break into apartments. Don't live here; it's not worth the hassle. The foot traffic is unbelievibally unsavory as well.
