It's a NIGHTMARE!

It might look great from the outside, but once you move in the headache begins.

The units in this building have been remodeled to look more modern and upscale compared to most of the others in the area, but this building is a NIGHTMARE to live in. Units on the first floor have had flooding issues. Some of the units have flooded more than three times in one year. Instead of fixing the problem correctly, the management just patches up a section at a time. I know tenants from four other units that have flooded and just met a new tenant this week who moved in less than a month ago and her apartment has already had a flood!

A more serious issue at this building is the manager's disregard for a tenant's rights. The guy entered a unit without the tenant's permission and took pictures of her and her friends while they were sleeping. His excuse was that he needed proof that she had people staying in the unit that weren't on the lease. She called the cops and he was arrested. I cannot believe the owners are still employing him.

If all you want is a place near shops and restaurants that looks great when you first move in and you don't care about things breaking and not getting fixed in a timely manner or the manager invading your privacy, then you might be happy here.

If I could move out without breaking my lease, I would. You should talk to a few of the tenants who have lived there for several months before moving in.

I agree. David is the worst manager and the entire building is one large building code violation, not to mention a total violation of every tenants' implied warranty of habitability.. DUMP
