Overpriced, even for "luxury"

I lived in Atrium Court for two years. The first year I lived there, it was in one of the "penthouses" on the 6th floor. It was a decent place, I suppose, but there were just a lot of little problems. For example, some of the window panes had dried paint on the edges, and some going down the window as well - looks like the people who did the paint job were not too professional. In addition to that, we ended up having a termite problem in the middle of the year. It's not too enjoyable to wake up next to the window and see a giant swarm of little friends buzzing on the ledge(on the inside). But like I said, rent was way too much we paid $2500 for the first year in the penthouse and $2050 the second year, on the 5th floor. Management is pretty nice, and so was the security, even though one of the previous night security people told us that we were going to be evicted the first time he warned us. If rent gets cheaper, I would live there again. But since it's close to UCLA, I figure they're just going to keep ripping off students. Oh yea, their maintenance guy, Burt, if he's still there, is the best. Very very very nice and responsive. He does a great job.
