I lived here for 2 years in Apt 601.. it was a pretty good experience. The maintenance guy Burt is a really cool guy. He used to also be the security guard. We threw a few parties while we lived here and didn't get too many complaints.. this building is mostly college students from UCLA so if you're not into that you might want to look elsewhere.
The place was pretty expensive even for back then. We were charged $2075/month for the top floor and after 2 years they said they were raising it to $2300/month so we left. They took about $900 from our security deposit for carpet and "cleaning" which was special.
