I echo many of the same issues that other reviewers have commented on: the fire alarms, the noise, etc. Theft in rampant in this building, we even had our doormat stolen. Vandalism is also a problem, in addition to someone spraying a fire extinguisher in the hallway one morning at 2 am; I also had my tire slashed. The worst part about the theft and vandalism is that the building management doesn t really seem to care. They refused to notify other residents of the problems. The building is new but the construction is a poor quality, you can tell they did a rush job to get people in. The pool area and fitness center are a nice benefit however. I would caution anyone who is thinking of moving in to this building.
