Gotta agree with previous posters... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/22/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I'm coming up on 11 months here now and I've already been actively looking for a new place for a month. First, let me get the pro's out of the way. The staff seemed to respond to requests involving the pool, fitness center, and common room pretty quickly. Maintenance has also done a decent job responding to calls involving the apartment. Parking situation sucks. Despite it being a new building, the materials used seem to be cheap. The paint comes off simply by rubbing against it. The bike cage was raided (luckily minewasn't in there at the time.) You could never call the staff, they never seem to answer the phone, I gave up trying after a while and would always go talk to them in-person. Recently the staff hours and number of staff were cut back so now its even harder to reach them. I look forward to moving out.
