Awesome. This building is ok. Things just are what they are here. No really big complaints. Nice apartments, nice pool

i think the only ghetto people living here is you. The sign clearly reads (when entering the garage)if you don't have a pass you will be towed. Your boyfriend probably didn't have a pass so he got towed. The other people probably didn't get towed because they had avalon passes. Which spot was it? Hey it was probably me (just kidding). Display the pass and you'll be fine..geez. visitor passes are very easy to get and of course free. I asked for them several times. My sister-in-law stayed in our apartment for a month with her family and was able to have a temp parking pass for that length of time. No problem at all. The old man with cane yes that is sad, i do agree. But he wasn't there every night.. plus i haven't seen him in months. People talking at 4 in the morning..yes rude. Guess what, close the window!

i've live here for 2 years and never had anything stolen, maybe you should put a sign on your door so the UPS guy can leave your packages in the office dumb a**.

I don't work in the office, but I agree with everything the other respondents said. Get over it, you live in LA.
