Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
I have lived at Avalon Del Rey for about 8 months. This place did have some issues with fire alarms and I believe someone was pulling them in the late night hours... very annoying! But it was stopped and I havent heard an alarm in about 4 or 5 months.
As far as living here.. The property is nice, new and there are lots of amenities.. I like that our gym is 24 hours! The office had a lot of turnover but the current management is great.
I would recommend this community.
