Does any one know how much will rent be raised after your first year here. I have only been living here for 8 months but i know there is probaley going to be a rent raise...let me know/

FYI on the original response, legally they can raise it however much they want, the law only states how much notice they have to give you based on the percentage of increase.

it will be close to 6% and still raising.. over 95% for sure..been there..

I just renewed with no increase. Molly agreed to 0% increase with 1 year renewal. It's worth mentioning. Girls in office seem to be understanding.

There is no WAY you renewed with no increase! I used to live there in 2006-2007 and my rent went up from 1845 to 1925...and there was no notice for raising my rent! I moved anyway, but I wouldn't be so trusting of the management.
