Because this book is rotten on the inside.
There's one saving grace to this building and it's the front desk ladies who manage the apartment. They're attentive and very helpful, but their boss is an old hag.
The apartment has had problems from ants, to constant false fire alarms to theft of the highest degree - cars vandalized and motorcycles stolen - and there have been no attempts to make this place any better. For the price you pay... it's not worth anywhere near it. lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji
