I have lived here a few years and I just want to say that Mollie who is the manager of the leasing office is incredibly unprofessional. I have had issues with her and her unprofessionalism in the past but when I called to make an appointment with her to re-sign my lease (like I was told to do by the other girls) all she said was: "you should like just come in and like sign it, I don't know, yeah..." that was her response! Sounds like they are VERY organized over there in the leasing office! Don't live here, trust me, it totally sucks! I am so outta here when prices drop a little more and I can BUY a place instead of living in this hell hole.

I think they simply hire girls who are attractive. Good looks sure sell a place, it seems. It adds to the whole facade. I can say that they have been quite courteous when we've had problems in our unit and have done well to make us feel more content so we don't move.

I have to agree that Mollie has been totally unhelpful, and actually hurtful in several situations in the past few years we've lived here. To be fair, though, Suzie has been great.
