I just renewed for my 3rd year here at Avalon. I am very pleased with the management, in particular Mollee. She is always helpful and knows everything about Avalon Del Rey. We have been lucky to have someone so easy to get a long with and helpful. I am looking forward to another year at Avalon.

yes, it's really too bad she is leaving for another avalon facility. whatever will we do without her expert advice on the fire alarm problems, on doors not working, on vandalism, and on parking problems? I know we'll all really miss her.
