Good but on the decline

Have lived here two years but will be moving out this summer. Recently more and more college students are moving in which adds to the noise level and random people wandering around at night (but still feel safe). The pool is great but can get a little ghetto on the weekends when people decide to bring in living room speakers and throw parties. Common areas are pretty well kept and the maintenance workers do a decent job of getting to your problems within reasonable times. Parking can be an issue because people that shouldn't be parked in the garage are even though they threaten to tow (have not seen any tow trucks ever). I am a pretty light sleeper and have had a few incidents of noise at night but it really just depends on your neighbors (pretty much all new construction have thinner walls, sadly). Staff is helpful and does what it can to assist your needs. Overall a decent place with W/D in unit, A/C and allows pets, but a little on the decline because of the economy(lowering rent for college students/lower income families)

I take personal offense to this review. I am a college student who was lucky enough to have parents that have paid for an apartment for me off campus. I go to LMU right up the street as a full time student. My problem comes in when you say that the complex is on the decline due to "lowering rent for college students/lower income families" I dont know who you are getting this from unless you are just assuming that because college students live in the building they wouldn't be able to afford what you can, but there is no college student deal. The pricing changes from month to month based on availability. So please, if they are handing out deals to us college students for being the "noisy wanderers"please let me know.

Grow a pair. If you want to be offended, be offended at how your other college-goers ruin it for the people who aren't lucky enough to have their parents pay for their apartment. College goes don't have a stake of ownership or responsibility, and they act like it.
