The building seems to be slowly deteriorating. There is mold on the ceiling and the fixtures and appliances need to be replaced as they are old. The landlord will not replace anything as he is very cheap. He will mickey mouse the job, but waits till something is completly unfixable before he replaces it. We have not brought up many of the concerns because he will use any excuse to raise the rent. The apartments are dark and kind of depressing. Good for people who just need a place to sleep and shower, but this is definately not a place you can call home.
