From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/17/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   my first impression with bp was great, especially with scott being so helpful in the office, then he left&thats when everything went wrong. whoever goes into the leasing office, beware, stay far away from Desiree!!wow, what an unproffesional, rude woman. you wouldnt want to disrupt her or waste her time. she will make you feel that way. i have never had a problem with bp until i had to deal with her. you would think that the company would do some sort of screening process on their employees. my advise to anyone who is looking to rent at bp, STAY AWAY FROM THE OFFICE!!!!!!! do everything over the phone, you do not want to start off your stay at bp on the wrong foot by walking into the office and dealing with the unprofessional staff. BRING SCOTT BACK, hes the only one that treated a resident the way that they should be treated.
