Warning From: BadBP Date posted: 2/21/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005 2 responses   This is the most horifing expirience I ever had. In the begining I did not pay any attention to the details, but when I did oh my! The buildings always have broken elevators that move too slow for a high - rise. But on the plus side carrying groceries forever will give you a work out. And organization, on average I recived mail from other tenants 4 days a week. So thats when I relized the bank was right they had mailed the car payment for the last months. So I just could not stand the stone age appliences, no central heating, an a/c in the living room but not in the bed room, my parking space being reasinged twice accidentlly resulting in me getting the warning letters and the managment who ignores all complants. Such as my complaint of the opening at the end of the wall to the next apartment. They said that it was a "constuction error" and will be fixed in 48 hours it took 6 weeks to put foam in the gap. So I left after 5 months was forced to pay for 7 and forfited my $2600 security deposit. I stayed way too long but it is a safe and convenient location.
