Hands down, this is the worse apartment in downtown. I can't wait to move out next month. I just gave notice to vacate and I must say, it is worth the penalty that I am paying to get out of my lease. I only have 3 more months to go but I can t stand it anymore. The walls are so thin you can hear your neighbor s full conversation. You can even hear them when they re in the bathroom. This is sick. The only good thing about this apartment home is the parking. They have assigned parking so you never have to worry about finding one. They also have a few guest parking spaces. ---------, the manager is horrible at her job. The others in the office are more helpful. I think all ----- does is sign her name on notices. Did I mention that I received 5 notices to enter in 7 months' The first 2 months after I moved in, were fine. Just my loud neighbors. But then one after another, I started receiving notices to enter. For various reasons, they enter. I don t know how others feel about strangers entering your house, but I don t like it one bit. I think for the money you pay on rent, you can easily find a better home. I m moving into Sakura Crossing which is down the street from Belmont Station. It s in a better location, much safer, and cheaper rent. I m actually saving over $200 a month. This apartment is perfect for students with roommates who don t mind the noise and the unfriendliness of the staff.

I'm currently living in this apartment, I strongly agree to your every sentences. If you already moved to sakura crossing, I want to hear about your new experience also.
