This apartment complex is horrible. The apartment manager is slime and the landlord tries to overcharge for everything from parking, laundry, to rent. Only the truly desparate and poor live here. It is in a ghetto latino neighborhood with gangs, spray paint tagging and loud obnoxious ghetto latinos everywhere. The apartment is rundown and the rent is high. I constantly see tenants move in and out. They come in thinking the place is okay, but leave as sson as their lease is up. There is nobody here except the latinos that stay more than a year. If you are ghetto and like living in the latino hood this is the place for you. For all the normal people. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE FOR YOUR OWN GOOD!
