Since Thomas Saffran and Associates bought the property from Eberly Company there has been an increase is security and the building after about one half year is very quiet, with occasional disturbances, but almost none at the present. It was prior to this time "out of control". Many old people live here and the screening is very professional now so that the tenants are very well chosen.
