HORRIBLE LIVING CONDITIONS HERE AT THE BIXEL HOUSE. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/23/2008 Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2008   I HAVE BEEN HEAR FOR QUITE AWHILE AND AT FIRST I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH MAMAGEMENT, SINCE THE NEW MANAGEMENT IRONSTONE PROPERTY HAS TAKEN OVER. ALL HELL JUST BROKE LOSE. MANAGEMENT ON PREMISIES HIS NAME IS NELSON FLORES . PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM HIM, HE IS A RACIST, AND HE IS NEVER AROUND FOR REPARIRS AND WHEN HE IS NOTHING GETS DONE IS A TIMELY MANNER. THE CARPETS IN THIS BUILDING IS HORRIBLE, THE POWER IN THIS BUILDING IS DEGRADABLE,HORRIBLE SOMETIMES YOU HAVE POWER AND SOMETIMES YOU DON'T. I WILL SAY ABOUT 85% OF THE TIME TENANTS HAVE POWER AND THE OTHER 15% DON'T. SO I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUILDING FOR RENT TO NO ONE. LAUNDRY ROOM IS ALWAYS DIRTY, NASTY. ELEVATOR IS NASTY TENANTS PISSES ON THE CARPET AS WELL AS THE ELEVATOR. YOU HAVE ABOUT 95% MENTALLY DISTURBED PEOPLE IN THIS UNIT.YOU HAVE TO BE VERY CAREFUL COMING IN OR GOING OUT OF THIS BUILDING. MANAGER DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THESE PEOPLES HERE. POLICE ARE ALWAYS ON THE PREMISIES DUED TO THE MENTAL ISSUES THAT ARE HAPPENING HERE ON A DAILY BASIC. SO MY ADVICE TO ANYONE LOOKING HERE TO RENT YOU WILL BE IN FOR A TREAT. MANAGER WILL LIE TO YOU TELLING YOU SOMETHING DIFFERENT, I ONLY WISH THAT I HAD A WAY OUT OF HERE. SO BE VERY CAUTION.THEY LIE AND SO NO PETS BUT SOME HAVE THEM AND THEY DONT TAKE PROPER CARE OF THEM, ONE MENTALLY ILL TENANT CUT ONE OF HIS DOG LEG OFF FOR FUN AND BRAG ABOUT IT TO THE MANAGER ALL THE MANAGER SAID WAS THAT HE DID NOT CARE. SO AGAIN BE VERY CAUTION.
