The Broadcast Center may look nice from the outside but very dissappointing after we moved in. I will name a few; the internal structure of the building was built very poorly to save money because footsteps from the floor above can be annoyingly heard so easily, try to go there in the afternoon pass 4:00pm and they won't show you an apartment unless it's on the 4th floor because that's when tenants start coming home and walking around the apartment. The model apartments don't have anybody above them.....really! and if you try to see the apartment your trying to move into, they won't let you because of their so called "Company Policy".
After you have moved in, it's too late to leave because they have a hefty penalty for moving out early and if you try to move to another apartment, you'll have the same problem unless you go to the 4th floor which cost much more and rarely available. The maintenance team at the site are very courteous and pleasant, however, the management needs to bear some responsibility for renting out the apartments but then turning your back on them after moving in. The manager is very dissappointing by her lack of interest to help and handling of the situation, it's odd that they make it your fault that you would have a problem with the apartment. They will deny everything to rent the apartments. Many of the tenants that live there are not very happy including myself and in the process of finding another place to live. There are much better places to live for the price of living at the Broadcast Center.
If you don't believe it, please go and check it out. I should have listened to 2 other managers in the area that told me about the Broadcast Center. I didn't think it would be this bad. Oh, ask about the occassional rat problems at the complex. They need to take some measure to prevent rats from coming into the building.
