I have lived here just a little while.
Good points
1. rent fairly reasonable
2. nice location
3. fitness center remodeled
4. nice staff
Bad points
1.any floor other than 1st floor filthy
2.noisy at night.TV's and Air Conditioning on Roof horrible, lots of night owls walking around making noise
3.Moving is a nightmare, elevators long way from front of building
4. apartments need updated appliances
5.no washer or dryers allowed, laundry rooms are a joke
