For the love of god don't live here. Where do I begin' My neighbor that screams ANNA all day and night' The scaring you to death night terrors he has that wakes the whole area of the building' Bloody kleenex that land on my balcony' Management has done NOTHING because they are "rent controlled." As is way too many of the units here. I've started running my air conditioning whether it's hot or not just to drown out the noise.

Even though this is an apartment, this is my home, but others just don't seem to care. Running down halls at 3 am, vomit and urine in elavators and stair wells, cigarette butts, trash, seems only the first floor halls get cleaned.

This place is more like a motel, people come and go within weeks or a few months. People here generally don't talk or make eye contact.

Maintenance is friendly and helpful, but that's about it. Good location next to the Grove.

There's no "rent controlled" apartments here, since the apartments were built in '91. However, there is Section 8 housing, which means the government pays most of the rent for about 1/3 of the tenants that live here. That's funny "ANNA. I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING!" I hear that all the time. We must live next to each other, or maybe that psycho's voice travels throughout the entire building.
