7/23/05 a 27 year old guy killed his girlfriend at broadcast center on the 4th floor. Then he was naked on top of the building for 4 hours threatening to jump. The swat team was here and everything. This place is crazy...a lot of low-lifes here thanks to a bunch of apartments that are reserved for section 8 housing. And they will never let you out of your lease. I have had my sink back up 4 times flooding my hole kitchen and living room. They said it backs up from other people's apartments. It's gross, you see their food and everything. The elevators are always broken and the parking is horrible. Please don't ruin your life...stay far far away.

This murder did not happen here. It happened at the Promendade Towers earlier this year. I remember Figueroa Blvd was completely shut down on that end for hours. Don't spread lies.

lol. I remember that too. Although, this summer, there WAS some psycho on the fourth floor of Broadcast Center with a rifle pointed at CBS Television City. SWAT team was called in.
