Check out meganslaw.com. Do a search for sex offenders by zip code (90036). Count how many sex offenders live in Broadcast Center (7660 Beverly Blvd).

Unrelated, but to demonstrate the lack of class at this filthy building: 1) There has been tree-trunk/roots piled in the garage since April (over 6 months). 2) Stairwells have become a haven for pigeons. Seems nice at first until you get crapped on on your way to work. 3) It seems the water pipes in the garage are always leaking. Makes it difficult to keep your car clean. lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji
