Yes the apartment has a nice gym but SO WHAT! For 300 cheaper a month I moved to a building nicer and in a better area. This place is very overpriced. Also, watch out for your car in the garage because cars get vandalized a lot. There is also a sexual predator in apt. 109. Be CAREFUL!
