The place is overpriced and full of mean old Russain people who are snotty, not very friendly, and trap pungent farts in the elevators. And, there is an amuzing, rather random group of c lister actors curiously popping in and out. Another complaint: there is a massive renovation project in progress that the leasing agent failed to mention to my roomate and I upon moving in. Not only is the front entrance completely torn up and blocked off (for six months!!), but the whole place is in shambles. All the landscaping was dug out and remains depressing looking and barren. Annoying contruction workers are every where molesting my with there eyes and wreaking havoc to my ear drums with thier obnoxious and constant clammering. If I knew the extent of the renovation project I def. would have opted not to move in. But silly me, I'm stuck here for another 9 months. Oh ya-the leasing office in a crack up. They are not pleasent to deal with and seem a bit loopy and disorganized. The only posotive aspect about the apt. is its wonderfuly central location. It couldn't be more central!
