Not nearly worth the money...

The units are small and the upgrades to "new" units are so poorly done. It is like they put lipstick on a pig. The rents are way out of proportion to the size and quality of the building. The pool is overran by senior citizens, mainly because a large percentage of the units are reserved for section 8 housing for the elderly. So while you may be paying through the nose, the neighbors are paying next to nothing. Management is totally useless and does not seem to know what they are doing..
