I am a college student that just moved out to Los Angeles from the East coast and from the second I came in to the Broadcast Center they made me feel so welcome. I knew this was the place that I needed to call home. That was about 7 months ago and I am so happy that I made this decision. I recently had an issue with my refridgerator and the maintenance staff actually got me a new fridge by the end of the day, it was amazing! I am so happy to live in a place that not only I love but that my parents love me living in as well. The office staff is so nice too. I have alot of questions all the time and they never make me feel like I am bothering them even though I know that I am.

I don't understand the pettiness of some people who write on here, especially someone who has lived in the building for ten years. If I didn't like a place I would just move. But I love it so far and hopefully I will stay here for a long time

Oh Yeah. Living down the street from the Grove is AMAZING!!!

So explain to me happy one - are we to believe you are so happy with your apartment living that you felt compelled to share your happiness with the apartment seeking world? Pardon me but I have a hard time believing a college kid is such a loser that they have nothing better to do than to randomly go to an apartment ratings site and spread the good word. Shouldn't you be out by the pool collecting STD's? It is obvoious that you are one of the revolving, pathetic unethical, minions-of-the-month who is working the sales office waiting for your next victim. FOLKS - Stay clear of AIMCO owned buildings!
