Bunker Hill Towers Apartments

No Good! From: Sydpanball22 Date posted: 5/7/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I lived at Bunker hill until Dec. of 06 and they had a long list of improvements to come once residents left their apartments. So any new ones SHOULD be renovated. The security guards were really nice. the view and location were GREAT. I didn't have a problems with management being slow to repair. But they were generally slow otherwise. I was there for 6 months and they STILL hadn't entered me into their security system or intercom system. The hallways were really loud at night and I heard many drunken fights at 3 or 4 in the morning. Security never came. There's a disgusting amount of COCKROACHES in all common areas. Common areas were always dirty. the elevators made me gag every time I went in them without fail. The garage leaks every time it rains and parking fills up for guests pretty quickly. Generally, I wouldn't recommend this to any one if they had a choice. But if you don't have one there are a few small perks
