Security:

First and foremost, the security is horrible! I have seen them get into yelling matches, curse and attempt to fight several people on several occasions. All while women and kids are present. They view there positions as a job and don't care about what they are doing. They are often not at the post (you would assume they are patrolling the grounds) because they are sitting in there car talking on the phone. (there is one girl working and she is the exception to this rule, she is wonderful.)

Noise:

The building is USUALLY quiet. However..if you are having an issue with a loud tenant who may be playing music at 3 am on a tuesday...its best to get earplugs. I tried telling the tenant...but they would not answer the door (I assume they could not hear me) and if you tell security, they will say, "uhhh...ok...so what are you calling for what now'"

Grounds:

the grounds are generally OK. Although I think they sometime start projects and then for get about them....if you look at the grass on the Flower side of the building it looks like a war zone and has for a long time. There are times when hallways or laundry room will smell like sewage. The pool was out of commission for months. There is always garbage near the front and side of the building.

Safety:

Kinda hard to feel safe with the current security in place.

Construction:

The stairwells smell like mold and have paint peeling from nearly every wall. there is an obvious water leak that has still not been finished. There is always thing hanging from the garage are hallways that should not be. Pieces of the elevators always seem to be missing.

Maintenance:

Things are fixed on time most of the time and generally wont require more than 2 or 3 visits.

Staff:

Maintenance is great...Tran and Willy are always on top. Leasing guy is great...leasing women and rest of staff are quiet rude and dismissive. Used to be a girl here named Stacey, she was probably the best one working here. The manager wont return an e-mail or phone call to save his life.

Overall:

I would not recommend this place. vacancies are at an all time high and they do no seem to care about tenant retention. I am looking now and will be moving out as soon as possible. Security is a nightmare and staff is a pain. You can find a better deal elsewhere. Hope this helps.

Wow! I can't believe that I didn't write this review. I agree completely and am so very happy that someone else notices all the things that I do here. The security guards are terrible. One won't give you his name, and insists you call him "Mr. Tucker". It's pretty silly. Promenade Towers, Museum Towers, and Grand Tower are all offering 2 free months if you sign a 14 month lease. They might have issues too, but for less money. I'm checking out the Orsini tomorrow. Supposedly they have specials too, but seem very expensive. Thanks for this post, I agree with everything... the sewage smell really gets me sometimes!
