Way over priced. Much nicer buildings in the area

with better quality and ameneties. Lived here about 4 years.

Apartments with this company are not worth the price.

However on site manager, Zulma is the best I have seen anyhere. Good customer service, respectful and helpful. Always able to contact. But beware of this company.

Beware, the company itself and office staff are rude, incompetent, and basically very dishonest. moving out next month..will never have anything to do with C&S. GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING.
