this place is a dump. lots of plumbing problems. i had raw sewage backing up into my apartment on a saturday morning, the owner wanted to save money so he they waited till monday to fix it. I obviously had to stay elseware. anouther time my tiolet was clogged the owner actually told the manager to have me use the bathroom in an vacent apartment. seriously stay away from any c and s apartments!!!

This is so TYPICAL of Cand S , they are real slumlords, and with the housing market in Los Angeles the way it, they are very abusive to tenants.

This is a out and out lie. This person doesn't know what they are talking about. C&S does not have slum buildings and they respect their tenants.
