C and S enterprises , owner Mr. David Kornblum, and his father, Sanford Kornblum, a respected Physician, are the true slumlords of Los Angeles.
Please note there are many CandS addresses, not only 1505 Barry, but also 10900 Palms, 10920 Palms also 3605-07 Watseka,3709 Jasmine,as well as MANY others, and its the same old story.IF YOU NEED TO TAKE DAVID KORNBLUM TO COURT HE IS NOT AT THE ADDRESS THE HOUSING DEPT HAS, HE IS AT 7720 W. SUNSET BLVD. LOS ANGELES. THIS IS TRUE AS OF JULT 2007.
CandS hides, gives incorrect addresses, so that YOU cannot take them to small claims court to get your security deposit back.They also are in many violations from the Rent Stabilazation and basically treat tenants like crap, remember if you rent from cands, YOU are the LIITLE guy, and KING DAVID is the ruler.
There was a rat in my unit, for 3 days. Now my unit is a beautiful unit, but because the building is so shabby, the screen on the roof over my stove top was rotten, so Mr. Rat made my home his.

Stay away, I now live in a normal apartment, where the owners don't hide, and treat you with respect.
