Leasing agent was very helpful and the apartments are beautiful. It is clear that the apartments are well maintained. The appliances and fixtures are all high quality. Plus the nearby running trails are excellent!!

I love the open air, garden feel to the complex. Lots of really nice people, and an excellent team taking care of us. The maintenance team is super friendly and always go above and beyond the call of duty.

It's great. The people are nice. The community is quiet. The staff is friendly and helpful. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone wanting to move into the west side. This was a great find.

Very quiet neighborhood. Although there are many nice amenities within driving distance, not much is within walking distance. The neighbors are very quiet. No loud parties. Amenities are slim, pools, jacuzzis and gym are so so, but the price is unbeatable.

The best ever in my 38 years in LA. Moser, updated appliances and fixtures, on-site maintenance, reasonable price. Great location, safe and access to mini-gym, pool, bar-b-Que, bike and walking paths, beach and freeways.

It is a well maintained, efficiently operated apartment complex very near the Ballona Creek Bike Path. It is near several bus lines. There are nearby elementary schools, drugstores and supermarkets.

I absolutely love living here! For the location it's an absolute steal. The staff is always friendly and the complex as a whole is very well kept. Having in-unit laundry and covered parking is just the cherry on top.

I love this complex. It is warm and inviting, open and airy, and I love the amenities. The staff is friendly and responsive, and the neighborhood is quiet. It is a lovely place to call home. I also like the storage unit.

So far the experience is pretty good. The courtyard area is nice and neighborhoods seem pretty quite and friendly. Move in process would've been smoother if there is a move in cart available but aside from that everything is ok.

Very little experience yet as we just moved in on November 23rd, however, it seems nice and quiet so far. The location is perfect for work and traffic is low in this area. Lots of things to do in this area.

All is good except the grounds need a lot of work and the laundry room needs better service the security needs a lot of improvements things get stolen and the packages get taken. The security lights need to be fixed
