Well, I've lived here for seven years now, and if it weren't for the rent control, I would have been gone a long time ago. The management is horrible! They are constantly giving you the run around and more importantly they show clearly that they could care less about their residents, they only want the money. It takes months to get anything fixed, and when they finally do, it's done poorly so weeks later your stuck with the same problem. The pool is never heated, and at one point wasn't cleaned for months! It was disgusting. Carpet is cheap, paint is cheap. Every other week the water is turned off. And on top of that they're now renting to questionable residents.
