and that isn't the half of it. the manager of the facility (paula) is a total ----- who doesn't listen to her tennants and acts more like the ----- boss you had back in your teens (and if you didn't have one, just thinking of the ------- boss you see in movies). i mean management should be working for you but its more like you have to work to get them to do anything. the staff is sweet as sugar when you are applying to rent but its another thing once you have moved in. and don't be fooled by the "tropical" look of the place during the summer months...thats basically the only months they pay attention to the pool area and landscaping just to attract more renters as a lot of people move out during the summer. This place is a last resort if you can't find anything else. its too pricey, noisy (freeway), bad water (turned off every other week) and the manager is one of the rudest, most despicable people i've ever met. and i like 99% of people! btw....your rent will go up without notice.
