I've been here since January 2005 and seen an excellent management. Of course, any apartment's residents have problems with other tenants and/or management office. However, every issues I came up with my apartment have been solved properly by in-site manager(Yeah..they work everyday from Sunday through Monday..this is really good for you) and cleared so far. I've seen many apartment management officers due to related job skill I have now. This apartment managers are really taking care of this apartment property very well and seriously..they do their job. Most apartment does not do maintenance frequently or they do charge extra fee for repairing. Whenever I asked for repair or something, it has been properly advised and/or fixed right away without extra cost. But, of course, they do charge legal fee after government notice. It's quite apartment and neighbors are pretty much gentle..(it's not like party night every night)..and you can count on this management office for your mail package as well.
My advise is..if you can afford your rent as much as this apartment wants, this is the excellent place to live at..(hey..freeway 405 & 10 are right there!!!)
