I've been here for 13 years. Rent controlled. Not cheap, however considering location, gated parking, pool, sauna, double laundry rooms, and exercise room I am very satisfied.
Many residents are college/graduate students due to convent location between USC and UCLA.
Credit check required with application. Credit rating must be not less than 620.
Lease available for 6 months or one year...month to month thereafter. Furnished apartments are available.

Sauna?? More like a bacteria bath but given the quality of residents, its probably cleaner than most of this complex.
There are NO students. ok..maybe 2-3. Masters students do NOT count. Most residents are middle-to-late age individuals with kids and smelly clothes.
