Stay away. Garbage truck comes at 5:30 am on Monday and Friday...good luck trying to sleep in if you are taking a day off or want to rest.
The pool was closed for over 5months pending upgrades. The "gym" is made of terrible BO and sweat. Oh yah, there is also a treadmill included. People use this room to watch tv when they are too cheap to purchase their own DirecTV service.

Moving on to the apartment, it is decent. Ants and spiders are a common sight. No biggie really. However, termite infestations are a big deal. The management will accuse you of lying about the situation and will not offer to help in any way. Enjoy the termites, they are here to stay. The old management was much better. They replaced the lovely 2 ladies at the front desk. Plumbing and water issues are also common. They have visited my apartment 3 times in the past week in an attempt to fix the building plumbing. I come home and find sewage in my sink. "oh it must be the neighbors pipes backed up and coming out of your sink." I also had a ceiling leak. The entire bathroom flooded through the ceiling and nothing was done about it.

Take your pick, I've had a disaster living here and can't wait to get out. I will surely say goodbye to the 3 poor homeless men who have made casa de vida their garbage goldmine. Too expensive for low service and old building. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb
