I've lived here for just under a year and I love it. For an older building it sure looks great on the outside, and the few units I've seen other than my own are completely renovated and beautiful, as is mine. The grounds are great and are constantly being maintained. About the only gripes I have really come from other people I've spoken to and have to do with the pool cues, bbq area and parking. The first two can be easily fixed, I don't know why it should take so long. There should be enough parking, but I guess some people here have more spaces than should be alloted to their size unit. The new manager and assistant manager are really great, responsive, caring and they keep their word. I wish it were less expensive, but it is Brentwood after all. Sometimes there are noise issues from the students but you can tell that management deals with it because it doesn't last long, usually. Overall, I am very happy.
